Base - development and training of goal-focused behaviour.
Most importantly, you get built up more vigour and self-esteem as a private person and as a manager! It happens when you become consciously aware and when you develop and train basic personal structures that create the framework for your behaviour and thus also your ability to move ahead in a focused manner.
You will work with an actual goal as your foundation and with a private or management focus. You will challenge your old habits and replace those that do not serve you with new ones. Focus is your training of goal-focused behaviour with a view to improving your integrity and trust in yourself as to honouring and acting upon your personal core values.
You will be positively challenged and supported in your effort to let go of whatever you let stand in your way towards your goal. You will build and train approaches you can rely on as a basic structure that will support you in future – even when you face opposition as a manager. In short, you will learn to discipline yourself while at the same time setting yourself free as a human being.

DURATION AND METHOD
The process has a duration of 12 conference calls, each of 75-90 min., typically every two weeks. The process is dynamic and prospective – not therapeutic and retrospective.
