MentaLoop has worked with a number of managers and self-employed individuals in large and small companies. See below what MentaLoop’s customers experience during the cooperation.
Tina Donslund
HR Manager, GomSpace A/S
I my role as the HR Manager of the Danish company GomSpace A/S, I have had a valuable cooperation with Kathrine Sandeløv. I contracted Kathrine with a view to examining the degree of knowledge and application of our company values internally. Kathrine carried out a qualitative survey based on interviews with around 30 managers, including the C suite, in the entire company.
Her very trustworthy style enables her to rapidly create a confidential space in her relation to each manager which meant that we examined several and highly relevant areas that were hot topics among the managers in our company.
I am impressed by how sharply and to-the-point Kathrine provided me with insights based on a large amount of data. Insights and suggestions for the future work presented by Kathrine at one-on-one meetings and subsequently by facilitating a workshop with the C suite.
The report provided valuable insight into the future work to be carried out by management of the company.
I would happily recommend Kathrine for both the role as a management consultant and as a management coach at any time, as I have myself benefited from the latter in connection with our cooperation.
Rasmus Lærke
Manager, Plant Control Systems, Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Denmark
In Plant Power Systems in 2016, we have cooperated with Kathrine Sandeløv in order to strengthen team awareness and cooperation in our department. Based on interviews with team members and management team as well as by participation in selected project meetings as an observer, Kathrine has been the catalyst for multiple performance improvements of specific meeting structures. Furthermore, based on the knowledge gathered in the interview phase, Kathrine planned and facilitated a successful workshop for the department. During the workshop, the team's current beliefs and ambitions for the future level of cooperation were quantified.
Through various exercises during the workshop, a foundation was created which is to support the team in its future efforts to fulfill their own ambitions through cooperation exercises facilitated by the management team with guidance from Kathrine.
Cooperation with Kathrine has supported a constructive dialogue about teamwork in the department and based on this background, attention on cooperation in the department has been focused. Through analysis and action-oriented guidance, Kathrine has delivered a platform that can be used as the basis for continued development of team collaboration and efficiency. I have experienced Kathrine as very professional throughout the process and will particularly emphasize her ability to inspire and maintain the team's focus in her role as facilitator of our workshop.

Partner at the law firm Børge Nielsen, Aalborg, Denmark
The workshop facilitated by Kathrine Sandeløv from MentaLoop was a really good experience in many ways. Kathrine exudes considerable enthusiasm and professionalism – without me being able to pinpoint how exactly she manages to create just the right atmosphere and the right framework for the introspection that is essential for a good outcome.
My outcome of the workshop was primarily an increased awareness that "you are master in your own house" and must take responsibility for your self-development. In addition, the workshop imparted me a variety of techniques to keep working with the focus areas at I formulated and other issues that may come up at a later point. The great strength of the workshop was Kathrine’s exemplary demonstration of techniques and their use in an appropriate way. Her professionalism was also reflected by the fact that no participant had to "put himself on display" – it created a great sense of security – and no one needed to feel reluctant in participating for fear of "being exposed".
All in all, a workshop which I highly recommend.

Building Engineer and Partner
Mentaloop has developed and facilitated a process for us which has given our team renewed strengths and contributed with knowledge about each others’ competencies and personal ”triggers”.
Kathrine has a unique way of articulating both simple – and complex – issues so that the communicative toolbox of the team is better equipped for the journey that lies ahead!
At our company we value an honest, good and constructive dialogue in which Katrine is a master! Mentaloop hereby gets our very best recommendations.
Søren Bjerg
Safety Manager at Aalborg Lufthavn, Denmark
It has been a pleasure to participate in the workshop facilitated by Kathrine Sandeløv, MentaLoop. It gave me a handful of tools to systematize my daily life and has helped me overcome several barriers that have been an obstacle in my creating more time and energy in my job as well as in my private life.
During the workshop, you set out by being presented to the overall theoretical perspective and move downwards until you reach your own obstacle to further development. I highly recommend Kathrine as a coach and instructor as she has an ability to involve everyone – even those sceptical of the word "coaching". Thank you for a very rewarding process.

Senior IT Consultant, Sermit, Greenland
Kathrine took me through my life's transformation. From being unsure, angry and unhappy in many aspects of my life, I have learned to take control of my own life and to get "my light" back. Today, just six months after I started my journey, I am happier than I have ever been in the past when it comes to assertiveness, my relationship, family life and life in general.
The systematic process along with Kathrine’s calm and consistent nature led me through this process in the most amazing, uplifting and inspirational way. Kathrine is an incredibly pleasant, trustworthy, supportive and inspiring person to share the process with, although she was never afraid to draw a line whenever necessary. Thank you!

Department Head, AOF Nord, Denmark
I have obtained some very effective methods to support and develop my skills for making decisions. It has been amazing to see that such a relatively short process can cause such great results, and I am confident that I will implement the methods obtained in my thoughts and actions.
There is no doubt that Kathrine is very passionate about coaching which is expressed through her high professionalism, dedication and warm personality. Kathrine manages elegantly while creating space for both reflection and dialogue, and her empathic abilities make it a great learning experience.

CEO, Rectus, Denmark
The self-knowledge I acquired during the coaching process has brought back desire in my life. It has opened my eyes to the fact that past potentials are well preserved resources deep within myself, ready to be brought forward and employed wisely.
Throughout the process, Kathrine Sandeløv has shown great professionalism. Each part of the process has been a journey towards my inner self. A journey that Katherine has led me on with great understanding and – above all – discretion. Every time she has brought my soul safe into harbor and given me new energy and courage to continue the journey of acting lovely towards myself. I therefore strongly recommend Kathrine if you have the desire and courage to get to know yourself better and, not least, get a different and new energy into your life.
Lars Chr. Christensen
Vice President, Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Denmark
Plant Solutions is part of Technology & Service Solutions, the development department of Vestas, responsible for the development of high technology solutions ranging from radar development, software design, electro-technical infrastructure solutions and super computer solutions as well as statistical and mathematical modelling. The department employs around 200 persons and is characterized by an international ambience with a high degree of professionalism within natural sciences.
As all of Vestas, Plant Solutions is subject to demands for high performance. In spite of my belief that my management team had high performance and good cooperation, I wanted an external evaluation of the level and – potentially, help in identifying focus areas for improvement which could assist in increasing efficiency through improved cooperation. Furthermore, I wished to increase the degree of innovation and self-management in the management team. This process has been atypical in the sense that is has not focused on problems in cooperation, but rather on improving an already good cooperation, which I deem harder to accomplish.
Obviously, the above demands both professionalism and a strong personality of the facilitator who was to assist in this, and in this regard, Kathrine has fulfilled my demands completely. Through her work, she has proven that she is able to elegantly couple theory and practice. Her structured approach has been based on professionalism and experience with practice in a most empathic way which catches people’s attention and desire for more. She is attentive and makes sure that all are involved and no one lost. She elegantly switches from listening and observing to calling attention to what she has to say, depending on the situation. I have especially appreciated Kathrine’s ability to spotting what is not said directly – consciously or unconsciously – the ability to bring forward the unsaid and articulate it in a good way so that you can see that it is possible to challenge each other more and articulate bad habits without causing conflict. A positive approach to uncovering what is potentially blocking the way for a more constructive cooperation.
Naturally, this requires being well prepared. Kathrine has always balanced expectations well in advance and has put great effort into her preparations. This has ensured efficient and profitable meetings. At the same time, her high professional level has enabled an unproblematic shift during meetings to possible unplanned subjects.
Through the cooperation which has been going on for the past year, Plant Solutions has identified and focused on areas where we – for instance through cooperation – or whatever constitutes high performing teams – can further improve our cooperation and efficiency.
We have rebalanced and recontracted our expectations to each other in the management team, and in a constructive spirit and dialogue, we have improved the way in which we challenge each other.
We have obtained practical tools and insight which we can employ in our everyday which have given visible and measurable results and which – with time – will improve our innovation and self-management. Self-management and innovation are areas on which Kathrine and I are still working at the moment.
